Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

This Refund Policy governs the procedure and conditions for refunding funds to users who have paid for virtual card issuance and maintenance services on the MaxSwap.cc platform.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. Refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • Inability to provide the service: If, due to technical reasons or the service’s fault, the virtual card was not issued within [specify the period, e.g., 24 hours] from the moment of payment.
  • Erroneous payment: If an amount exceeding the service cost was debited from your account due to your fault (e.g., incorrect amount entered) or the payment system’s fault.
  • Order cancellation: If you canceled the virtual card issuance order before its actual issuance (before the data is transferred to the issuing bank). The exact cancellation terms and conditions may vary and must be clearly stated.

2.2. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Card issued and active: If the virtual card has been successfully issued and is in active status.
  • Funds used: If funds from the virtual card have been spent on any transactions.
  • Violation of the Terms of Service: If the refund request is related to your violation of the MaxSwap.cc Terms of Service.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. To request a refund, you must contact MaxSwap.cc support at the email address [email protected] within 3 (three) calendar days from the date the grounds for the refund arose.

3.2. The refund request must contain the following information:

  • Your login/user ID on MaxSwap.cc.
  • Date and time of payment.
  • Payment amount.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Details for the refund (account number, other payment details).
  • Supporting documents (screenshots, statements, etc.), if available.

3.3. The refund request processing time is up to 21 business days from the date of receipt of complete information.

3.4. The decision to refund is made by the MaxSwap.cc administration based on consideration of the information provided and in accordance with this Refund Policy.

3.5. A commission of 3% of the refund amount is withheld when processing a refund.

3.6. Refunds are made in the same manner as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed with the user.

3.7. The time for crediting funds to your account depends on the operating conditions of your bank or payment system.

4. Final Provisions

4.1. MaxSwap.cc reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy. Amendments come into force from the moment they are published on the MaxSwap.cc website.
