These terms are crucial for both you and us as they set the legal rights and obligations which apply when you use our Platform.

1. Introduction

"Platform": Refers to the MaxSwap bot and MaxSwap OTP platform web exchange, including all software, hardware, databases, interfaces and other associated components and services.

"User": Refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Platform.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and other instances when such information is requested.

The MaxSwap Bot allows Users to perform Cryptocurrency transactions in a fast, simple, and secure manner.
7.2 MaxSwap OTP Platform Web Exchange
The MaxSwap OTP Platform Web Exchange facilitates the storage, exchange, and stacking of Cryptocurrency assets 24/7, providing a secure environment for these operations.

8. Transactions

8.1 Transaction Procedures
Users are required to follow the established procedures on the Platform for conducting Transactions.
8.2 Transaction Limitations
Certain limitations may apply to Transactions, including restrictions on volumes or values, which will be disclosed to Users on the Platform.

9. Deposits and Withdrawals

9.1 Deposit Procedures
Users may deposit Cryptocurrency into their Platform account in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Platform
9.2 Withdrawal Procedures
Users may withdraw Cryptocurrency from their Platform account subject to the procedures and any conditions or restrictions set forth on the Platform.

10. Fees and Charges

Fees may be applied to Transactions conducted on the Platform, as disclosed to Users at the time of the Transaction.

Additional fees may apply for other services provided on the Platform, as disclosed to Users.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

MS Profit Ltd may suspend a User's account if there is suspected unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms.
11.2 Termination
MS Profit Ltd reserves the right to terminate a User’s account under certain conditions as outlined in these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Users are encouraged to contact MS Profit Ltd with any disputes which may arise in relation to their use of the Platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

20. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

23. Assignment

23.1 Assignment by MaxSwap
MS Profit Ltd may assign its rights and/or obligations under these Terms to any third party at its discretion.
23.2 Assignment by User
Users may not assign their rights and/or obligations under these Terms without the express written consent of MS Profit Ltd.

24. Force Majeure

24.1 Event of Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
24.2 Obligations During Force Majeure
Each party agrees to inform the other upon becoming aware of an Event of Force Majeure, the obligations will be suspended until the cessation of the event causing the failure.
