The MaxSwap Bot allows Users to perform Cryptocurrency transactions in a fast, simple, and secure manner.

7.2 MaxSwap OTP Platform Web Exchange

The MaxSwap OTP Platform Web Exchange facilitates the storage, exchange, and stacking of Cryptocurrency assets 24/7, providing a secure environment for these operations.

8. Transactions

8.1 Transaction Procedures

Users are required to follow the established procedures on the Platform for conducting Transactions.

8.2 Transaction Limitations

Certain limitations may apply to Transactions, including restrictions on volumes or values, which will be disclosed to Users on the Platform.

9. Deposits and Withdrawals

9.1 Deposit Procedures

Users may deposit Cryptocurrency into their Platform account in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Platform

9.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Users may withdraw Cryptocurrency from their Platform account subject to the procedures and any conditions or restrictions set forth on the Platform.

Users may not assign their rights and/or obligations under these Terms without the express written consent of MW Profit Ltd.

24. Force Majeure

24.1 Event of Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

24.2 Obligations During Force Majeure

Each party agrees to inform the other upon becoming aware of an Event of Force Majeure, the obligations will be suspended until the cessation of the event causing the failure.
