Terms of Use for Virtual Cards from MaxSwap

Prepaid virtual cards belong to the category of goods that cannot be returned
or exchanged. This is due to the fact that such cards are activated immediately
after purchase, and the funds on them become available for use. It is not
possible to withdraw funds from the card balance; they can only be spent by
making a purchase or closing the card with a refund of funds to the MaxSwap
spot USDT account. Please read the terms of use and the card return policy
carefully before purchasing.

1. Return Conditions

1.1. If the virtual card has already been activated and the funds on it have
become available, it is not possible to return or exchange the card. This is
because the cards provide access to money, and the service is considered to
have been provided at the time of activation.

1.2. A refund will only be considered if the card is not working (i.e., a card that cannot be paid for due to technical reasons with the card itself). Each application is considered individually.

1.3. The user undertakes to follow all instructions posted on the website, the recommendations of the support service, and take all possible
measures for a successful payment.

1.4. A request for a refund is made through the MaxSwap support service chatbot. The application processing time is up to
10 business days from the date of submission. Support sta will provide you
with information on the status of your application upon request.

1.5. If, during the consideration of the application, it is established that the card is
technically faulty (for example, an invalid code or card details), the money will
be returned in the same way and to the same details from which the purchase
was made. Refund times depend on the payment method.

2. Restrictions and Prohibitions

2.1. After the card is blocked by the user, the remaining balance on the card will
be automatically returned to the user’s spot USDT account in MaxSwap,
provided that there are sucient funds in the reserve account for the return.
The card will also be automatically blocked if the bank’s BIN code is blocked. If
the automatic return does not occur, the user can contact technical support, as
indicated in clause 5.1, to initiate the return of the balance. Automatic return
may take up to 2 calendar days.

2.2. Mastercard Prepaid cards support Auto 3D Secure authorization technology, so the card supports automatic transaction confirmation.
